Includes one time consultation package, above, and 6 weekly check-ins with me for additional accountability. I do not do cookie-cutter programs. I work with my clients 1-1 to make sure the foods you ENJOY eating are on your nutrition plan. I include ethnic foods, any dietary restrictions, and will work with you on a plan suited to your schedule, your habits, your dieting history, your likes and dislikes to create a plan you can adhere to and be happy with.
