Here are some of her easy tips for fat loss: sticking to your meal plan helps. With Indian food cooking: used no to little oil in cooking and used avocado oil spray to cook. Used low carb tortillas and 40 Calorie wheat bread.
Portion control : counting everything I eat and plus trying to up protein (I do egg whites) and meatless protein
Increasing volume of food by adding more veggies like broccoli, which really fills me up. Lots of salad with no dressing or Walden Farms dressing. I did everything you said basically 🙂
