In-Person personal training

Busy professionals need options. I offer online training packages, designed to meet your specific fitness goals. The plan takes out all the guess work, and will tell you what exercises to do, and for how many reps and sets to do them for. It will also provide you with sound nutrition guidance to help you make better choices to fuel your workouts. Your training will be planned around your schedule.
6 Week Online Strength Training
Pay With PayPal or Venmo @shailafitness $229 Includes individualized weight training programs (whether you are a beginner, senior, youth, pre-post natal, etc), weekly check-ins, measurement tracking, and all guidelines for performing warm ups, how to make weight selections and progressions, and for cardiovascular exercise. The self-guided program is tailored to your schedule and goals, and whether you wish to train at home, in the gym, or mix of both.
