    Thank you for sharing this post Sumi. Well said – Yes, for me, nothing to do with scale, weight loss or fixing (although all those do happen).

    It makes me feel stronger and healthier. It is a great way to manage stress and commit to well being. Nothing like setting a goal, beating it and continuing to discover the surprises one is capable of in this journey!
